About the event
Join me on October 10 for a 90-minute breathwork journey and dive deep into your inner world to explore the depths of your emotions, uncover limiting beliefs, increase your self-awareness, and release what is holding you back from stepping into your fullest potential in this life.
The theme for the month of October is psychedelic breathwork.
This session is only open to those who have previous experience with breathwork, whether with me or another facilitator. Do not purchase a ticket if you have never participated in a breathwork session before.
The session will be offered in English and French.
