Join me on November 29 for a 90-minute breathwork journey and dive deep into your inner world to explore the depths of your emotions, uncover limiting beliefs, increase your self-awareness, and release what is holding you back from stepping into your fullest potential in this life.
The theme for the final session of 2025 is creation.
All levels of breathwork experience are welcome, from the novice to the advanced.
The session will be offered in English and French.
